For Seville Road State School, we will be taking natural outdoor portraits. Please note- the exact location will depend on the conditions of the day. Please see the examples below as a guide. Please also note we will take 2-3 of each student that has paid, so if you're not 100% happy with yours, we will have alternative options for you!

We’re here to help. If any of the below packages don’t match exactly what you need, please contact us. In most cases we’ll provide exactly what you’re after at no extra charge.

Please make your order before your photo day to ensure you can collect your photos from your school for free. Late orders will usually require postage and handling. Refer to your email sent from your school for all the details.

Privacy and refunds

REFUNDS

We offer up to a 100% refund on our products. If you’re unsatisfied with your photos, please give us a call so we can work together to find a solution. If we’re unable to resolve the issue, we’ll gladly offer you a refund. We kindly ask that you refrain from sending refund requests via text or email, as we’d prefer the opportunity to have a direct conversation with you to address any concerns.

Please also keep in mind that school photography is a fast-paced process. We photograph classes of students one by one within a short time frame to ensure they can return to class as quickly as possible.

If we’ve overlooked any details, rest assured it wasn’t due to a lack of care, but due to the challenges inherent in school photography.

PRIVACY

School Portraits does not sell, trade or share organisational data with unaffiliated third parties for their marketing purposes, nor do we use such data in any way not related to the purposes authorised by the organisation.

School Portraits keeps all its electronic and physical data, such as photographs and customer information, physically locked up and passworded.

School Portraits has implemented safeguards designed to protect against unauthorised access and disclosures of personal information and photographs under its control, including appropriate technical, physical and administrative safeguards and security measures.

Please be aware that websites that link to the School Portraits site, such as Fotomerchant, Microsoft One Drive and Shopify, may collect personal information about you. You should consult the privacy policies of these other sites as we have no control over information that is submitted to, or collected by, these third parties.

The only information School Portraits have is provided by the schools that book us. This is normally your child’s first and last name, and class.

School Portraits will keep backups of photos taken for at least three years in at least two backup locations, on passworded and physically locked hard drives. Please contact us if you’d like your child’s photos deleted and we will ensure it is done.

School Portraits takes all reasonable action to not unnecessarily release class photos with child identification information to anyone other than the families of the class that the child attends.
